Quality management system
In Sistemska tehnika d.o.o. – Laboratories we are very aware of the importance of the quality of our services; it is one of the main issues, which ensure customer's satisfaction and the laboratory’s success in the same time.
The calibration laboratory, testing laboratory and the non-destructive testing laboratory are individual laboratories within the organisational unit Sistemska tehnika d.o.o. – Laboratories, which implemented the quality management systems ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The quality management systems are documented in the company quality manual. The calibration and the testing laboratory additionally have own procedures for quality management, which incorporates the ISO 17025 standard, where general requirements for qualification of testing and calibration laboratories are given.
The accreditation guarantees quality of the laboratory’s operations and represents an official acknowledgement of service execution.
Accreditation of the calibration laboratory
The preparations for the accreditation were launched in 1995. In 1997 the calibration laboratory received an accreditation from the Dutch accreditation body RvA for length, and later on in 1998 the accreditation
Accreditation certificate. In 2002 the laboratory passed over from EN 45001 standard to standard ISO 17025 - General requirements for qualification of testing and calibration laboratories. In 2005 the calibration laboratory denounced the RvA accreditation. The laboratory is now accredited for 35 calibration procedures for dimensional (length, angle) and mechanical (force, pressure, momen, torque) measures (
annex to the accreditation certificate). The laboratory is constantly improving and expanding into other fields.
Accreditation of the testing laboratory
The testing laboratory was established in 2006 and it got accredited by
Accreditation certificate. at the end of 2006 in accordance with SIST ISO 17025. The testing laboratory is accredited for dimensional inspection of products and different materials using 3D coordinate measuring machines with tactile probing – basic geometric shapes and combinations (
annex to the accreditation certificate).
The objectives of the quality management policy are:

fulfilling of ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards and utilisation of a documented quality management system, which is constantly improving;

continuous improvement of the existing procedures and adding of new ones, therewith improving our capacities and abilities;

constant improvement of measuring expertise trough development and introduction of new measuring methods and equipment and through constant keeping track of the utilisation of reference standards at highest international levels;

educating and training of employees in the fields of technology and quality to reach customer’s expectations;

taking care of safety, health issues and following the state’s environmental legislation;

ensuring a working environment for our employees, which stimulates expertise, teamwork, creativity, initiative and responsibility;
