Presentation of the laboratory

Laboratory capacities in Sistemska tehnika d.o.o. are adjusted for services in the following fields:

• non-destructive testing
• calibration of length gauges
• calibration of mechanical gauges
• calibration of coordinate measuring machines
• dimensional inspection
• maintenance of measuring and test equipment
• other supplementary services.

 With their high-quality services, the Sistemska tehnika d.o.o. – Laboratories play an important role within the Slovenian industrial infrastructure.

The services of Sistemska tehnika d.o.o. – Laboratories include:

1. Non-destructive testing using standard testing methods
   • ultrasonic testing (UT)
   • radiographic testing (RT)
   • testing using magnetic powders (RT)
   • testing with liquid penetrants (PT).

Our laboratory for non-destructive testing is the only laboratory in Slovenia, which uses Co60 source and it also offers testing with the most powerful X-ray device (450xV) in Slovenia.

2.    Calibration of length and mechanical measuring instruments, temperature measuring instruments, electrical measuring instruments.

Most of the calibrations are carried out in accordance with standard calibration procedures.

3.    Dimensional inspection of parts on coordinate measuring devices with tactile probing or on optical measuring devices.

Sistemska tehnika d.o.o. – Laboratories is the first accredited testing laboratory for dimensional testing in Slovenia.

4.    Service for measuring and testing equipment.

We are the only company, which offers installation, calibration and maintenance of coordinate measuring machines in Slovenia.

5. Retrofitting of old measuring machines

We offer the complete retrofit of old coordinate measuring machines. Machines, equipped with new electronics und modern software can we sell or rent to our customers in Slovenia and abroad.
